About Teresa Bassham

Teresa Bassham is the Founder and Director of Zenworkz Authentic Marketing, an Australian marketing consultancy, focused on helping professional services businesses.

Teresa is a marketing specialist and researcher with a long career and qualifications in service marketing, market research, behavioural performance coaching and leadership development.

She has held senior management positions in Marketing and Customer Service Delivery in Corporate and Government sectors for over 15 years. As the Zenworkz senior coach, Teresa has educated customers in branding and web marketing; market research; website implementation; product development; and authentic marketing message creation.

More importantly though Teresa loves educating and inspiring small and medium business to become excellent authentic marketers, and will show you her passion and commitment in delivering results for you and your business.

Teresa provides strategic marketing and volunteers her services to Wetland Care Australia. She also volunteers her time to organising a small business women’s group in her local community; and is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
