Brian Bassham
Brian is a dynamic transformational strategist, specialising in leadership and organisational development; and innovative design of business development programs. As an experienced consultant and long serving senior manager in both public and private companies; his primary focus is on developing people, teams and business results through transformation, with powerful data-based interventions. He was responsible for co-developing and facilitating both Cultural Change Management and Process Improvement programs in Australia’s largest Telco and overseas. His principles are based on research and a wide experience of “empowerment and collaboration” needed in today’s complex world. As a facilitator his skills are second to none, with the ability to quickly develop rapport and trust, while observing group interactions and drawing out group participation of understanding and learning, always exceeding participant and client expectations. In the past ten years Brian has worked on leadership development with over 1500 staff from International and Australian companies.
Teresa Bassham
Teresa is a marketing specialist and researcher whose has a long career and qualifications in service marketing, market research, behavioural performance coaching and leadership development. She has held senior management positions in Marketing and Customer Service Delivery in Corporate and Government sectors for over 15 years. As a Zenworkz senior consultant, Teresa has lead assignments in market research; 360 degree assessment and feedback; team needs analysis; branding and web marketing; website implementation and product development; process, policy development and documentation; recruitment; and business coaching. She has provided branding, website development, and strategic marketing for the environmental not-for-profit sector and volunteers her services to Wetland Care Australia. She also volunteers her time to organising a small business women’s group in her local community.
